This upstairs apartment with a large independent terrace and a living room with a view of the park, is perfectly suited for a family with children, in fact, it is flexible to accommodate 4 or 6 people.
- For 4 people : In its 90 m² version with air conditioning, this cottage includes: a living / dining room with full American kitchen: fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, coffee machine and toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and kettle, but also a bedroom with a double bed 160, a bedroom with 2 twin beds 90 (possibility of converting into queen size), a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC, as well as a bathroom with shower and WC (under the access staircase).
- For 6 people : In its 110 m² version, there is access to a third air-conditioned bedroom with two twin beds (possibility of transforming into a queen size)
Each accommodation has a space allowing teleworking.
